When you apply, Aisle Relay receives your sign-in email and the business details you submit. We use them to review your trade account, respond to inquiries and manage order requests.

When you request an order, we store your item selection and shipping destination. For guest checkout, we keep your name, business name, email, phone number and shipping address in our contact records to manage the order, send your invoice and arrange delivery. For manufacturer-direct orders, we share the recipient name, shipping address, and the supplier’s own order items with that supplier so it can ship them. The supplier may share the information needed for delivery with its carrier.

White-label uploads are shared with the account holder and our production team. After approval and payment, final artwork and order specifications may be shared with the assigned packaging and manufacturing partners.

Approved distributors can provide business email addresses for order attribution. We store a one-way matching value and use it to calculate eligible partner credits. We do not send marketing messages based on an upload.
